MAS SAINT LAURENT

At Mas Saint Laurent, our passion has been passed down from father to son for 5 generations since 1890. Cradled by Mediterranean breezes, facing the hill of Sète, our vines flourish on a unique terroir scattered with fossilized dinosaur eggshells. With 32 hectares of vines, 450 olive trees of local varieties, and 50 beehives, we produce terroir-driven wines, olive oil, and Garrigue honey. From our prestigious gastronomic AOP Picpoul de Pinet "Le Ginestet" to our AOP Languedoc white, along with our old vines cuvées, our wines are marked by exceptional freshness. Each bottle tells the story of a land shaped by the Mediterranean, the Thau Lagoon, and the legacy of five passionate generations. Today, Julien Tarroux continues this family tradition by cultivating harmony with nature and converting the estate to Organic Agriculture in 2024. This quest for excellence has earned us a place on the finest tables: Relais & Châteaux, Michelin-starred restaurants, and Toques Blanches, from Ibiza to Japan, passing through England and Mexico. With limestone soils scattered with dinosaur eggshells from the Upper Cretaceous period - this was their nesting ground 60 million years ago - our vines flourish on a unique terroir. Between the Mediterranean sun and the beneficial freshness of the Thau Basin, our old vines with deep roots draw from this limestone terroir a crystalline minerality found in every glass. This perfect harmony between Mediterranean climate and unique geology forges our signature: an incomparable freshness.
