Sheltered from the Mistral by Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail, our vineyard thrives at the heart of a natural site designated a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. On clay-siliceous soil, the white grape varieties express their full richness and distinctive character.
La Noria is a blend of Marsanne, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, Rolle and Clairette, which lends it balance and complexity.
Its yellow colour with soft green highlights reveals a sumptuous nose with notes of vanilla cream, maple syrup, white chocolate and blond tobacco. On the palate, it is savoury, fresh and tangy, with a lovely length marked by delicate notes of toasted hazelnut.
An elegant and generous white wine, ideal for accompanying your aperitifs and delicate meals.
