Sophie Journo is a restaurateur and business leader. In 2013, she co-founded Privé de Dessert, a Parisian restaurant built around a trompe-l’œil concept unique in the world. Passionate about cuisine, Sophie trained at Ducasse Paris, which she joined in 2008. There, she notably helped launch the cooking school for amateur cooks, before leaving the group to start her own restaurant venture.
