Reine Sammut is a French chef born in Frizon (Vosges), widely recognized for her emblematic role in French gastronomy. For over twenty years, she led Auberge La Fenière, a Michelin-starred restaurant she developed with her husband in the Luberon.
Self-taught and deeply passionate, she distinguished herself as one of the few female Michelin-starred chefs in France. Her Mediterranean cuisine, rooted in local terroir and seasonal produce, has left a lasting mark on the French culinary scene.
Today, she brings her culinary sensibility to Domaine Misíncu in Cap Corse, where she curates the menus for its two restaurants.
