Thanks to its expertise and extensive knowledge of the terroir, Moulin du Calanquet masters every stage of production (from planting the tree to bottling).
The meticulous and thoughtful work in the orchards, combined with the most efficient and precise extraction techniques, allows us to create the finest flavors.
Our specialty is producing an olive oil for each of the main varieties of the Alpilles (Grossane, Salonenque, Verdale, Aglandau, Picholine), as well as the Cuvée du Moulin.
Each of these oils is quite distinct (mild, fruity, intense, fiery, complex, depending on the variety).
