Alice Raulo is an organic market gardener. Together with Quentin Villeneuve, she founded La Ferme de l’Étoile, a biological and agroecological vegetable farm located in Marseille (14th arrondissement). They grow fruits and vegetables year-round, inspired by living-soil market gardening and permaculture methods. Their produce is supplied to bistronomic restaurants, canteens, grocery stores, organic supermarkets, and subscription baskets. Alice Raulo also works as a trainer in organic market gardening.
