Stéphane Hédouin is Operations Director of the MIN Marché Marseille Méditerranée, the leading wholesale food market in the south of France, located in the Arnavaux district of Marseille. He oversees the daily operations of the Marché d’Intérêt National (MIN), ensuring logistical efficiency and high-quality services for agri-food professionals.
As part of his role, he is involved in strategic transformation projects for the site, including the Minopolis initiative aimed at modernizing its infrastructure. A key representative of the MIN among its partners, he plays an active role in supporting the region’s supply of fresh produce.
