Fanny Aimerito is a French chef from Cassis, embodying a sunny and sincere Mediterranean cuisine inspired by the products of the coastline.
After an unconventional path — first studying science, then art, before completing a vocational diploma in hospitality and catering — she began her culinary career in 2013 at Une Table au Sud in Marseille, where she rose through the ranks to become sous-chef alongside Ludovic Turac.
She gained wider public recognition by competing in Top Chef (season 10) in 2019, an experience that confirmed both her passion and her contagious energy.
Alongside her partner Thibaud Lacour, she later took over the restaurant Favouille in Éguilles before becoming head chef at La Table de Pont Royal, where she offers a refined Mediterranean cuisine deeply rooted in seasonality.
