Ludovic Turac is a French chef from Marseille, at the helm of the fine-dining restaurant Une Table au Sud, located on the Old Port. He trained in prestigious establishments such as Le Bristol and Guy Savoy before taking over the family restaurant where he began his apprenticeship. At just 26, he became one of the youngest Michelin-starred chefs in France, earning a Michelin star for his restaurant, which he successfully retained after a period of reassessment. Renowned for a cuisine deeply rooted in Mediterranean flavors and his Provençal heritage, he was also named “Grand of Tomorrow” by the Gault & Millau guide.
