The know-how of the Alpilles: the Alpilles are olive trees as far as the eye can see, the Moulin Saint Michel in a building dating from 1744, in the heart of the village where our family, for 3 generations, has been passionate about this place and this noble profession. Our olive oils are composed by assembling the main varieties of olives of the terroir to enhance the flavors of the foods for which they are intended.
Our olive oils, elaborated with care and respect for tradition, have won awards in the most recognized competitions more than 76 times, rewarding the finesse and intensity of our aromas.
You will be able to discover:
The A.O.P. Vallée des Baux-de-Provence olive oil from the assembly of four varieties: the salonenque, the béruguette, the verdale and the Grossane. Soft and elegant with its delicate tones of small green fruits, it offers an aromatic palette of exceptional finesse.
The AOP Provence olive oil from Moulin Saint-Michel characterized by a herbaceous and raw artichoke taste is revealed in the mouth by an intense fruitiness and a moderate ardor.
The fruity olive oil with powerful flavors has a more pronounced fruit taste, a fairly frank attack and a small hint of acidity in the background of the mouth.
Our single varieties: La Picho', lively and fiery and Aglandau, herbaceous, these are oils of character.
Our olives: Broken olives from the Vallée des Baux de Provence, La Grossane and La Picholine, and our tapenades: 100% French !!!!!
"Our olive oil is the green gold of the Vallée des Baux and in each drop of this precious nectar, there is a little bit of our country".
