CALANQUET
The Calanquet Mill is located in Saint Rémy de Provence , in the heart of the Alpilles region.
It is the fifth generation to be present on the estate .
Thanks to its extensive knowledge of the terroir , combined with the most advanced techniques, the Calanquet Mill develops a wide range of Gourmets Products :
Olive oils , vegetable spreads , tomato-based preparation, table olives and jams.
The Olive oils come from our own orchards , located in the heart of the Vallée des Baux .
All others specialties are produced in our laboratory ( without colorings and preservatives).
Commited to respecting the environment, we strive to use environmentaly friendly methods , reusing branches and olives pulp, as compost and natural ferlilizer, carefully planned irrigation methods , and burning the remaining olive pits to heat the building.
Thanks to these practices, we have obtained the " High Environmental Value certification ".
Over the years , our reputation has grown among renowned chefs in France and abroad , as well as among the most discerning gourmets.
